Wedding Of Chai Heng & Felicia x Singapore vs Malaysia

went off the Chai Heng's wedding in Bro Johnny's van, in which Esther-Joy posed for me for some snapshots...






and yes, everyone's getting ready for the big day of Mr & Mrs Sim... getting the reception table ready... at the last minute !

meanwhile everyone was getting ready, i was running around trying to look busy and taking pictures... Suwei & Carol did a fantastic job on the wedding cake and Carol certainly have a knack for making clay figurines !

and i also had time to play around with baby Christine, in which her kor-kor Matthias was taking care of her... managed to get her to do a nice pose for my phone !

during the wedding, i was the camera-man... running around taking the entire wedding process... hope the video turns out good ! managed to take good shots of everything... *crosses fingers*

also did a men's special during the marriage cert signing (in which Daphne said she can't hear my voice... kena drowned down by Dan liao)...

during the night, a couple of us (John, ZY, JX, Isabella, Chai Joo & family went to the National Stadium to catch the derby Singapore vs Malaysia... it's my first time catching a soccer match LIVE at a stadium...

when our national team went 1 down to the Malaysians, the entire stadium went SILENT ! and just when we thought it was all over, our brave lions fought back valiantly to make the equalizer at 1-1 to drive the entire stadium into frenzy !

it's an amazing experience to cheer our singapore team in a 55,000 crowd and do the kallang wave during the game itself... the atmosphere was simply fantastic !

it's a long day, but definately worth it....

Fellowship Lunch @ Bro Darren's Place

Bro Darren invited us over to his place for lunch on Saturday.. met Clara on the way at the void deck, and we're the first ones to arrive.. Had a suprise when Joel handed me something familar - my wood bracelet that he broke during SG at Clara's place.. =)

Clara, Yufeng and I helped to make dumplings while waiting for the rest to arrive.. and Sis Jill had certainly whipped up a good meal ! The dumpling fillings were generously included prawns and chestnut... *thumbs up*

after our meal, we had our part II - Dessert ! Carol made apple pie while Yufeng brought ice-cream & chocolates... combine them altogether and we get ?




our masterpiece dessert ! Apple Pie topped with vanilla ice-cream, almond chocolates and "gummy grapes"...

it's a seriously good meal today, and i hope we can have more "fellowship" like this in the near future... =)

Dog & Popiah Fellowship Day

it's dog fellowship day @ ABM... took Bro Johnny's van to Sembawang Park, in which we all brought our dogs in the morning for "fellowship"...




the weather was bright and sunny, and i didn't knew that so many ppl will be there today... i brought my dog, Tim & Agnes brought Bran, and Chai Heng brought his "starhub doggie" aka Jack Russel...





we played some games in the park, mainly frisbee & rounders... Suwei brought her children to the park too !



after being all tired and sweaty from all the running, we made our way to Wei Chern's place for "popiah fellowship"...



and yes, the food was good... and popiahs aren't that easy to make after all !



also got a nice birthday card in advance from Agnes... *thank you*

MBC vs Shalom Part II

well, we arranged another match with Shalom... this time round it's court instead of field as request by our opponents... they're way much better in their passing and teamwork in small spaces than we do... looks like we need to work on our teamwork in the near future...

their young players are quite talented, and fast too ! after playing a while, a group of basketballers came to occupy the court... so we then decided to go and find greener pastures... we quickly moved out to somewhere in bukit batok, and there's a deserted court there.... except it's dark cause the lamps weren't working...




after that, we went to a nearby coffeeshop to makan... and just nice, there was EPL action going on... Liverpool won 3-0 against Bolton at Antfield while we were there... sweet~
