alright, i've got duty on the 3rd day of CNY ... what can be better ? the rest of the MBCians are going around visiting and i'm just stuck here ... i'm reallie seriously bored, and just watched Furbie & Fearless (the duty clerk brought VCDs) ...

anyway, managed to pluck the group table picture from Kam's site (it's hotlinked, lazy me) with a beaming bride in green on the left ... =)




and ahem, since i'v got plenty of time at my hands ... let me do an introduction to my ultimate team-mates ! *drum roll*

it's a pretty hot afternoon, and could really use the clouds ! took me a while to find the field though ...

i was supposed to stop at the 2nd bus-stop, and i kinda missed it and went over to the 3rd one instead ! some walking to warmup ? *oh well*

anyway, we did a quick introduction to everyone in the team before the game started, and we kinda did pretty well in the first half at 8-7 (it's amazing, but we're actually leading) ... but we had a shortage of players with 6 guys and 4 ladies (we need 7 people on the field, 4 guys + 3 ladies OR 5 guys + 2 ladies) ... so we pratically got tired out and totally lost it ... and here's the injury list - 2 sprained ankles and one bruised head (looks pretty bad) ...

and the end, both teams congratulated each other and did a cheer for each other ... will get the team photo up soon ! and oh, did i mention our team name ? it is ...

and a check on the mirror when i was back showed a reallie obvious tee-shirt tan ! looks like my arms are just newly attached ... hahaz~

next match-up ? Sunday, 4pm ... and we'll win it BEAUTIFULLY ! *oh yeah*

kam's wedding

had birthday off today from my "boss", and took the time to chill-out until evening ... had arranged with Anezka to meetup first before going there ... i seriously didn't think that there was another BIGGER ballroom beside the one that my other friend (Dan & Suwei) had for their wedding ... the entire setting was perfect ! everyone was going ... "wah, wonder how much they spent on their wedding ..."

didn't see Kam all day, except for Kang-Wei who went around before the dinner started ... then we're treated to a presentation before the dinner ... i thought to myself, "must be a powerpoint or flash presentation on the couple again" ... but i was TOTALLY WRONG ! it was an MTV sung by kang-Wei to the song "Tou Jiang You Tiao", and it was shot wiht a setting of how these 2 love-birds met at the office with much sense of humour and oozes creativity overflowing ...

had teem's camp meeting in the morning, and then WTC in the afternoon ... Cheryl, Olive, Kok Yong, Kok Siang came with Junxiong ... there's watchnight in the night, but i wanted to catch the fireworks at Esplanade very badly ... =( stayed in the end as i was arrowed to do the ice-breakers with Wenjie ...

went out for dinner at Bishan, and then had a little frenzy with Clara trying to find balloons and rubber bands for an ice-breaker game ... but to my suprise, they were TOO LITTLE PEOPLE to play the games that we've planned ! =@

by that time, i was feeling way down, even no mood to even conduct the games ! but somehow i then had a reason to stay on for the service in the end, and it seemed perfect that i was even there in the first place ... =)

there were lotsa sabos during the service, especially to those getting wed (poor liang-song) ... oh my~ and there will be 5-6 weddings next year ? better start saving up ...
