hmm, it feels to lost to be without a phone ... all the contacts GONE ! how on earth am i gonna get them back ... perhaps it pays to invest in one of those sim-card backup machines ...
well, gotta keep a lookout for a phone ... currently got SE 750 on my mind ... =)

i had an amazing time on St John's island from 13/12 to 18/12 ... many of the Teens came, and we also did a play on "the Life Of Joseph" ... it so happens that my group, Dilligence was trailing on the first day, but fought hard to come back to grab the first position .. well done ! *clap clap*
the candle warfare game we played one of the nights proved to the most popular, and we somehow didn't have any heated arguments this time round ... everyone was busy lighting candles and blowing into each other faces and having a good laugh about it ... (and it shows that there are more than one ways of protecting your candle - twirling, standing on chairs, raising it way up high, etc ...)
also had dinner with Bro Darren and family on Sunday after sending Cheryl, Joanne + Rachel, Gabriel home in the west ... the duck was simply fabulous, and unlike the normal duck that you'll find, the texture is soft and easy to chew ! makes you want to dig in more ... *slurp*

Your strength: Your unwavering loyalty and ethics [
TRUE ]
-> i don't betray my friends ... =)
Your weakness: Your rock solid stubbornness [
FALSE ]
-> i always thought of it as one of my strengths ! but i admit i'm stubborn at certain things ... i think i'm too kind sometimes, and one close friend told me that it's a weakness that i should take note off in the near future ...
Your power color: Navy blue [
TRUE ]
-> yes, this one's smack right in the center ...
Your power symbol: Shield [
NOT SURE ]
-> okay, i have no idea about the shield ... not exactly what i have in mind ...
Your power month: April [

well, it's a 4-day children's camp organized by my church, and i took 2 days leave on thursday and friday for the camp ... i'm helping out Yunli with her 5 & 6 year old class (yes, the kindies) with Grace Tai, Agnes, Shermaine ... and it so happens that it's the largest class of 56 students ... 0_o"
it's kinda first time for me working with SOOO MANY young children, and yes ... they demand more attention (and patience too) ... they make your frustrated at times by asking you so many questions and over teenie weenie bits of details, but they are cute in a very special way ... don't really know whether to love or hate them ! i guess it tips over to the positive side more ... =)
on the last day, the children had to come to church to present their specials as their finale on a special sunday service just for the VBS ! we had a great turnout of children, and really puts the excitement into you ...
well, I really hope to see the little ones returning back for the next time, and even coming on Sunday too ! gives you a little something more to look forward to in the next Sunday to come ...

we shifted in the morning from Kranji Camp to AMK camp ... got a mountain of things to bring over ! guess it's time to say goodbye to my 4-men bunk with 3-inch thick mattresses and say hello to spring & sponge beds ... T_T
got there, and started cleaning up our office and placing the furniture in ... after that, it was time to take a look at our bunk where we'll be staying ... yes, it was a horrific sight ! here's a list ...
- Rusty spring beds with front & back of bed frame that collapses inwards hitting your face and legs
- Ants Nest & Bees
- No working toilet lights
- Toilet cubicles cannot flush
- Drink water at your own risk
- On top of all that - 5th floor !!!
so we tried to convince our SIR of the terrible bunk condition, and asked our SSG & 1SG to call him up to tell him about it ... and yes, that stubborn man refuses to compromise (he's not gonna stay there anyway) ... so i guess no one in the right mind is going to sleep over ...
how to stay at AMK camp ??? i miss kranji camp ... T_T
